From October2017 Chemists will NO Longer be able to order your prescriptions

 

‘From October 2017 pharmacies and dispensing companies will no longer be able to order repeat prescriptions on your behalf. For more information please see FAQs www.sthelensccg.nhs.uk

 

For your safety we do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.   

 

Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

By hand - drop your repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.

By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.

Named Allocated GP

 You may be aware that from April 2015 all practices are required to provide all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.

 The allocated named GP for all our patients is Dr O Shaikh, who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
